ABOUT CANDICE GILLMAN

As an Account Director at Blakely, I lead integrated, donor-focused fundraising campaigns that deliver meaningful impact for nonprofit organizations across Canada. With many years of experience in senior account management, strategic planning, nonprofit marketing, and building strong client relationships, I bring a deep understanding of how to connect audiences to causes in ways that are both meaningful and measurable. I specialize in integrated campaign planning, data-driven strategy, and multi-channel execution—working closely with internal and client teams to deliver powerful creative, optimized donor experiences, and strong results. Whether leading on an acquisition effort for a client, annual fundraising campaigns, or mentoring and training new account managers, I bring clarity, structure, and a collaborative spirit to everything I do. I’m known for building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams alike to ensure seamless collaboration, strategic alignment, and shared success across all teams. Outside of work, I stay active with yoga, reformer Pilates, and strength training, enjoy quality time with my husband and son, and unwind with a good (often cheesy) book whenever I get the chance.
