ABOUT CANDICE R. ARIGLIO

I am an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neurocritical Care, Neurosurgery, and Surgical & Trauma ICU. My career began in the US Air Force, where I developed the discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset that continue to shape how I practice and lead today.I am deeply passionate about caring for patients with brain and spine injuries and managing the complexity of neuro trauma in high acuity environments. Beyond direct patient care, I am equally committed to mentorship and education. I believe the future of critical care depends on strong clinical foundations, structured onboarding, and intentional development of Advanced Practice Providers. Over the course of my career, I have found some of my most meaningful work in guiding new clinicians, building educational frameworks, and helping others grow into confident, capable providers.We are entrusted with life at its most vulnerable moments. My responsibility is not only to care well, but to prepare others to do the same.
