Candice brings intuition, knowledge and understanding of full-cycle recruitment to the table and especially focuses on a positive applicant experience and retention. This is thanks in part to her diligent customer service training as a former Guest Services Manager at Meadowood Napa Valley. In 2017 at what felt like 10 months pregnant, Athens named her \"Employee of the Year.\" She had her second son two days later.
