Lead, coach and empower our AIP Service Delivery team members on projects that provide services to global application and business users on our Analytics Insights Platform (AIP) of various Azure Services, and Champion our SAS Grid Migration project. • Mature team co-facilitation of daily stand-up meetings, handle removing of impediments, review the Kanban boards, backlogs and execute the weekly Jira releases; submit, review, and approve change management tickets. • Champion and coach, my teammates on processes, best practices and relationship building. • Coordinate, facilitate escalations and resolve impediments for new provisioning request, production deployment, change management, new project on boarding, emergency changes and or project needs for the various global AIP application teams we support. • Partner heavily with other members of the agile practice including vendors; Cloud Ops, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Change Management Database, Security, Linux and Windows Server support teams or third-party resources required for sprint planning, release management, issue and escalation resolution. • Advocate collective ownership to DevOps best practices with CICD Implementation. • Lead 450 + Global SAS Users and 5 SME experts through SAS Grid Platform migration over to AIP Platform, Data Lake, Compute on Databricks with Python or SQLDW for code migrations. Transitioning users from Statistical Analysis to Data Science and Machine learning way of handling of Models and integration of open sources. • Lead and oversee the SAS Grid Platform Migration project; design planning, requirements gathering, assist with Pre-Installation requirement documentation, coordinated and installed tools and environments (adls libraries, clusters, spns, etc.) on appropriate development, production, and runtime platforms; define and stand-up initial infrastructure for on boarding teams and implementation of migration plans.
