Our dynamic team of sales and technical professionals brings the mission understanding, engineering expertise, and leading technology to drive better mission outcomes for U.S. Federal Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence agencies.The United States Federal Government works to address the most pressing challenges of our time, from strengthening national security to increasing climate resiliency and land and water preservation to modernizing public health and combating economic inequality. Our Federal Team is passionate about employing technology to solve these complex problems and drive positive change in our communities– with a commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and empowerment. To provide the most value to my customers, I champion a public-private centered strategy, fostering co-innovation and accelerating time-to-mission. Over my career, I have evolved to lead teams and functions in many areas – serving as an integrator connecting strategy, planning, decision-making and financial execution, and orchestrating executive teams to drive business impact. Previously as Vice President of the Civilian Operating Unit, I worked closely with my team to help Civilian agencies leverage solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery. As Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft’s US Regulated Industries organization, I served the subsidiary by making efficient business decisions and equipping our 4,900+ people with the tools they needed to succeed. My experience in Microsoft Asia and at CGI helped me appreciate and understand government agencies and the unique technology challenges they face. Through intentional curiosity and trust-based relationships, I believe we can collectively shape a future of work that advances our society in meaningful ways.
