ABOUT CANDICE GRANT
In my role as Financial Services Compliance Coordinator at Evanston/Skokie School District 65, I oversee the compliance and administrative management of vendor contracts, Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs), and Certificates of Insurance to ensure alignment with district policies, legal standards, and risk management requirements. Leveraging my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, I led the development and implementation of a centralized contract and DPA workflow within Incident IQ, transforming a previously fragmented process into a streamlined system that promotes efficiency, transparency, and accountability across departments. As part of this initiative, I also created a comprehensive training tool within Schoology to support staff adoption and ensure consistent use of the new workflow. Through strategic process improvement and cross-department collaboration, my work helps strengthen compliance oversight while improving operational efficiency across the district’s financial services operations.
