SUMMARYAs the Stewardship and Events Specialist at the Toledo Museum of Art my role focused on strengthening relationships with donors, stakeholders, and the community through strategic stewardship initiatives and impactful events. My role additionally includes planning and executing events, managing community outreach, and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of stewardship efforts, contributing to the museum\'s continued growth and success.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDonor Stewardship:Develops and implement strategies to recognize and retain donors at all levels.Manages donor recognition programs, including letters, plaques, and special events.Communicates with donors to express gratitude and update them on museum activities.Ensures donor benefits are delivered consistently and on time.Facilitates and executes impact reports with the development team and key departments across the museum.Event Planning and Execution:Plans and executes a range of events such as donor receptions, galas, exhibition openings, and lectures.Works with internal teams and vendors to manage logistics, including venues, catering, décor, and accessibility.Creates event budgets, track expenses, and assess success based on predetermined metrics.Community Outreach:Represents the museum at community and industry events to build partnerships.Serves as the primary liaison to key stakeholders and affinity groups, including the TMA Ambassadors, building relationships and facilitating engagement to ensure a strong, unified network of museum supporters.Data Management and Analysis:Oversees the department calendar for all Development-related events.Develops and executes reporting on event and stewardship performance, analyzing data to assess effectiveness and recommends improvements.
