I\'m a senior executive, passionate about organizational development, healthy corporate culture, and technology. I serve as the Chief Innovation Officer at HealthPlanOne. With the healthcare industry continually evolving, my commitment lies in leveraging Artificial Intelligence responsibly and ethically. Additionally, I strive to enhance the utilization of cutting-edge information systems and technologies, streamlining operations, and driving transformative outcomes for individuals seeking the most suitable healthcare solutions for their needs.Previously, I held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Ensurem, where I played a pivotal role in its journey from an early-stage startup to one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the entire Tampa Bay area. We were ranked #1 in 2020 and #5 in 2021 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Following our revenue surpassing $40 million, our technology played a key role in the company\'s sale to the private equity group Partners in 2021. Later, Ensurem was acquired by HealthPlanOne. Prior to this, I served as the President at K9 Bytes Software. My tenure there was marked by numerous technological innovations, including the introduction of the first self-serving kiosk for boarding kennel facilities and the inaugural mobile device application for routine medication and diet servicing in the pet care industry. Our flagship product, the K9 Koordinator, renowned for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, became the preferred choice for pet care management software worldwide. Under my leadership, the company achieved a successful exit through its acquisition by Epazz, Inc.I earned a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida (USF), specializing in different areas of AI such as pattern recognition and image processing. In addition to my Ph.D. dissertation, I published 6 first-authored, peer-reviewed publications from my R&D work in several prestigious International journals and conferences in the area of pattern recognition and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) navigation. I\'m also the author of Five Doors of Success, a book conceived from my passion for helping people succeed in their careers.
