   In this role, I leverage strategy, relationship building, creativity and problem solving to better the employee experience through impactful Talent Development programs. • Program manage multiple leadership development programs, working to bring out the best in our leaders, and therefore all of our employees. • Produce a monthly peer-to-peer learning experience with great attention given to the experience of the remote participants. This optional experience attracts 200+ participants per month, and for the survey question “Past RED events impact how I perform today,” we currently have a score of 4.3/5. • Program manage one of Petco’s coaching experiences, including vendor management and cohort management insuring maximization of the partnership. My program management has led Petco to be one of the most engaged clients of our vendor. • Project manage the evolution of our corporate onboarding to deliver a consistent experience across the organization driving retention and engagement by ensuring hiring managers and new employees are set up with the tool and resources to be successful through the experience. • Serve as an ambassador of Petco, welcoming all corporate employees through a two-session orientation. Owning all aspects of the program from design and development to facilitation, evaluation and evolution.• Serve as lead facilitator and a coach for the Talent Development team, facilitating the majority of our workshops and coaching both of our facilitator cohorts and other employees and leaders as requested.
