ABOUT CANDACE SHEITELMAN

Dynamic, results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer with proven track record in software marketing and deep expertise in customer engagement technology. Sheitelman brings more than two decades of marketing expertise to the company, much of it focused on CX and the contact center. She\'s responsible for Edify\'s go-to-market strategy and execution. Over nearly two decades, Sheitelman has been helping companies define their brands and bring products and services to market in both agency and client roles. She has worked with hardware and software companies, analysts, consultants, business services providers and consumer product and service organizations to help them build identities, generate interest and inspire action amongst their target audiences. Sheitelman founded and ran her own integrated marketing agency for ten years. Prior to that, she ran a global marketing team for a high technology customer experience software company, managing the brand through eight mergers and acquisitions, two company name changes, and the transition from start-up to publicly traded to privately owned with $600M revenue.Sheitelman earned her B.S. in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
