   US Foods

   Nov 2019 — Present

   Leading publicly traded food distributor in the US with over $24 Billion in sales. Responsible for Northern Ohio and Michigan, an area with over $55 million/yr in revenue. For well over a year and a half, the Lake Erie area beat EBITDA plan, and was 49.50% better than prior year. Distribution, selling, and admin expenses lower by an average of $.26/case. Successfully hired and on-boarded over 250 employees in both markets, year over year, maintaining a better than 98% staffed ratio. Obtained a 41-basis point improvement in employee survey promoter score following my start. Successfully negotiated five multiyear union contracts three with Detroit and Cleveland Teamsters locals. Held annualized turnover to 51.3% in one market, the lowest in the Northeast region. Took initiative to create and implement a front line manager HR for Ops Training program that consisted of a monthly lunch and learn. Conducted quarterly talent reviews with leadership including 9-Box, succession planning, identification of high potentials. Additionally rolled out functional based competencies and individual development planning training. Won “Best and Brightest” Detroit, and Cleveland Plain Dealer “Top Workplaces” while employed.
