ABOUT CANDACE CHAZEN
WHAT I DO: I am a National Point of Contact for clients of our Fidelity National Title, DC, National Commercial Services operation. I provide title and closing information, knowledge and support to our clients from due diligence, escrow, title review, underwriting, closing and post-closing. WHO I WORK WITH: Private, public and institutional owners, REITS, investors, developers, transaction attorneys, and lenders PROVEN SUCCESS: Our DC, NCS Office is one of the most respected and highest ranking NCS offices in the Country. We have more than a dozen underwriters/closing attorneys on board in our DC office along with professional support staff to meet all of the needs of our clients and caseload. We close over 30 billion in commercial real estate transactions a year. I began with the FNF family of underwriters immediately after law school and have worked for the Company in a number of senior level capacities. I am recognized and awarded annually as one of the Company\'s Top Revenue Producers. WHY WORK WITH ME: → I have worked on small and large transactions, individual properties, construction and development projects and portfolios throughout the United States. →My objective is to partner with clients and our underwriter/closers to ensure that the transaction remains on track and on time. →I utilize my many years of experience as a commercial underwriting attorney and my established relationships with the largest network of local, regional and national underwriters and title offices throughout the Country to do what it takes to get the deal to the closing table. → I am attuned to the needs and concerns of our clients with respect to title and escrow, including providing creative solutions and mitigating costs and expenses. →As a member of the FNF family of underwriters, our NCS, DC office can issue title insurance under all of the major FNF brands: Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title and Commonwealth Land Title.
