Dedicated, professional, empathic MFA, MPS, LCAT, ATR-BC, career driven individual with twenty years of service in mental health/substance use/trauma/crisis intervention/grief/LGBTQI+ youth and young adults/suicide intervention/homelessness/re-entry after incarceration/harm reduction education/NARCAN trained. Community based Mental Health CareConduct all new intakes for CORE (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment) Program services: Person-Centered, recovery-oriented mobile behavioral health supports. CORE Services: Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), PSR Employment Focus and PSR Educational Focus, Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) mental health counseling, Peer Support/Empowerment Services: non-clinical, peer delivered Supervise five staff: 3 mental health counselors and 2 Certified Peer Advocates. Review all Individual Service Plans and Progress notes for 120 clients. Conduct internal audits to insure meeting all Funder and organization KPI’s. Carry caseload and provide (CPST) 1:1 mental health counseling via telehealth and in-person. Encourage client participation in onsite groups to build socialization and community supports geared toward healing.
