Healthcare is an ever-changing industry. One major change has been a shift in the power gradient, requiring health care organizations to focus on the needs and wants of the consumer. With over 15 years of customer service experience and approaching 10 years of operational and team member engagement leadership experience, I possess a keen knowledge of the strategies and tools necessary to increase customer satisfaction and team member engagement to improve the overall human experience. I have a proven ability to recruit, manage and motivate volunteers, lead teams, and implement training programs.
