An energetic & resourceful innovator, focused on building diversity, access, equity and inclusion into the infrastructure construction industry. As a way to pay it forward, I am passionate about guiding others along in their career journey, supporting them to reach the goals they have set for themselves. I believe in leading with courage, knowing that the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. I enjoy fostering connections by putting people first and building trusting relationships through communicating with honesty and kindness and creating the space for others to do the same. 6 years’ experience in Human Resources leadership. 5 years project management experience in air & vapor barrier installation, & cladding within ICI commercial construction. Over 8 years, specialized experience, in the not-for-profit sector in labour market programming in project management, coordination, facilitation and job development - working with local employers, university & college graduates, Indigenous communities, under-resourced youth, adults and older workers in areas such as job search workshop facilitation, job search/placement, advocacy, advising, mentoring & counselling. Demonstrated ability to deal with client representatives at a senior /board level utilizing a work winning attitude Proven ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to overall deadlines.
