As a call center agent for Connect2Attorney a brand of Opalescent Solutions, My primary responsibility is to handle incoming/outgoing calls from and to potential Claimants and provide them with excellent customer service. I assist clients by answering their inquiries, resolving any issues, and addressing their concerns in a professional and efficient manner. I also manage outbound calls to Perform Intakes on Lawsuits they Have applied for. Additionally, I update customer information in the company\'s database. Overall, my goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with clients on behalf of Connect2Attorney a brand of Opalescent Solutions.
