ABOUT CANDACE JONES
With over twelve years of experience in the non-profit, education, and youth development sectors, I am passionate about creating lasting positive impact for individuals and communities. As the Manager of Recruitment and Cultivation at Indianapolis Teaching Fellows, a program of TNTP, I drive our efforts to source, support, and equip passionate and talented new teachers. My core competencies include communication, operational support, organization, project management, and youth mentoring skills, which I have developed and applied in various roles and contexts. I have successfully managed multiple projects and events, collaborated with diverse stakeholders and partners, and facilitated training and informational sessions for aspiring and current teachers. I continue to expand my knowledge and tools to effectively lead and support teams and organizations.
