As the Global Business Services Leader at Organon, a $6B organization that spun-off of Merck in 2021, I created and led global teams to execute strategic initiatives and technology implementations. I drove the site selection and stand-up for our new Shared Services Centers in Lisbon and Kuala Lumpur, and led the business side of the company-wide SAP S/4 Hana implementation, covering 72 countries and 6 manufacturing plants, and users in less than 3 years. With a MBA, PMP, and P-GBS credentials, and over a decade of experience in operations, business process improvement, and organizational leadership, I deliver value to the business by driving process and operational improvements, consistently achieving year over year productivity targets, and building partnerships with stakeholders across functions and regions. I am passionate about creating and leading high-performing and diverse teams, and empowering them to achieve excellence and innovation.
