With over 25 years of experience in the medical industry, I am a seasoned marketing professional who specializes in engaging and influencing healthcare professionals (HCPs) across various therapeutic areas and care settings. I have a master\'s degree in business administration and a strong background in business strategy and development, market research, new product development and go-to-market strategy. Currently, I lead the global HCP marketing for Convatec\'s ostomy business unit, where I am responsible for developing and executing the HCP strategy to drive deeper relationships and sustained growth in the ostomy market. I pilot key HCP engagement programs, such as international advisory boards, voice of customer research, congress strategy, virtual and live medical education, workshops and innovation sessions. I also partner with product marketing, marcom, digital, and medical affairs to create an effective HCP omni-channel communication and marketing plan, and to inform and drive clinical trial programs.
