With the world and the workplace changing dramatically all around us it isn\'t enough to lean on old ways of doing. Employees aren\'t excited anymore about click-through asynchronous learning for the purpose of collecting knowledge. Are they actually learning something new, or are they transferring knowledge from point A to point B, without a change in their thinking or behavior?I design programs with the learner at the forefront: Utilizing human-centered design, combined with practical and impactful resources and experiences. When we put learners first, we enhance their employee experience, we support them in investing in their own development, and we help them reach a place where they are eager to learn and do more. When we create and support a culture of learning we drive innovation and growth throughout an organization.I am a collaborative partner in design and in learning implementation. I work with learners and their leaders to determine where they are, and what they need to get them to where product owners need them to be. Together we test resources and experiences along the way, constantly providing and collecting feedback for the next iteration. I build the connecting bridge between management and employees to enhance relationships and understanding.
