At Coastal, my team, under my leadership, has: Decreased Aging Accounts Receivable by over $2 mill by actively engaging with the departments to develop a streamlined collections process which includes knowing lien rights, communicating intent to lean clearly, and following through systematically Increased DPO by over 35% by effectively negotiating vendor terms with outside sales reps and increasing credit terms where appropriate Increased overall cash flow by over $1 mill in the first year Paid off 100% of liabilities outside of Accounts Payable within the first 15 months Lead the company through 40% increased profit margins in the first fiscal year while also increasing accrued expenses to better prepare the Balance Sheet for future expenses not yet recognized Decreased bad debt expenses through effective collections processes
