Responsible for monthly book closure and preparation of monthly MIS and Financial Statements.• Preparation monthly budget and variance Analysis (Budget Vs Actual).• Preparation of monthly Cash Flow based on Receivables collection target and monthly bank commitments, Utilities, Salaries, vendor payments and other administrative expenses.• Monitored Daily funds position (Monitored daily bank position along with PDC list, BD and LTR list) and planned for the payments accordingly.• Responsible for Revenue Accounting in the books and Reconciliation with HIS.• Review Receivables ageing statement and follow up with Insurance and Corporate companies for the collection.• Review Payables ageing statement and planned for the vendor payments.• Revenue Analysis and Expenses Analysis.• General Ledger Scrutiny.• Verification of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
