Making an industry leap to real estate since 2012 has been very rewarding where she utilizes her communication, marketing, and negotiation skills acquired from her 20 years in the automotive industry. She works full-time in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both residential and commercial markets. After six successful years at Coldwell Banker as a Realtor, she joined Lead Consulting Group LLC. Canan received her real estate broker license in August 2019. She opened her own office Epic Solutions Realty in Boca Raton on May 1, 2019. Canan gives exceptional attention to skilled negotiations and is very knowledgeable in the analysis of property values and market trends. With a commitment to providing each customer with a full-service real estate experience, she will work with you throughout the entire home search and negotiation process, and assist in finalizing the details. Canan grew up in Michigan where she received her BS degree from Michigan State University and later she received her MS degree from Franklin Pierce University, NH. She has also had extensive training from Dale Carnegie.
