A brief about me:Graduated from Mechanical Engineering in Kocaeli University with level of 30% English education. Completed Project Management Professional studies and also obtained the Certificate of PMP. This has given technical competencies with a range of practical capabilities.Started professional life in the field, working as a contractor. Had roles on making installation and commissioning of mechanical room, HVAC, steam, pressured air, firefighting, plumbing and process systems. During this period, practically experienced on mechanical systems of skyscraper (brownfield) and industrial facilities (greenfield) with two different projects for 3 years. Organized, controlled and managed installation teams directly at site according to project timeline and scope. Projects were finalized and delivered on the time and in full.After, used contractor experiences had in the field as working on the other side of engineering in BRF on localization processes, engineering procurement, contract management and resource management systems according to PMP methodologies.Had roles at different levels of the organization in BRF. In latest role, leading Engineering & Capex team as Program Manager and have full responsibility and authority of planning, execution and delivery of Capex Projects in Turkey. Executed 109 different Capex Projects in 5 years with 55MUSD budget in total. Engaged in stakeholder management, budget management, scope management and schedule management.At Cargill, working as Project Manager, responsible for full rigor, strategical capital investment projects.On the behavioral side, focused and trusting skills on communication, leadership, analytical thinking, conflict management, decision-making and initiative.Authorized to work in EU as residence permit holder.
