Aircraft Loading Supervisor @Lufthansa

Supervising aircraft loading and offloading operations in coordination with ramp handling partners, ensuring compliance with Lufthansa Group\'s aircraft handling procedures and international aviation regulations for cargo, baggage, and mail transportation- Coordinating with operating flight crews, ground handling teams, aircraft service partners and airport authorities to support safe, efficient aircraft turnaround and adherence to tight departure schedules- Assisting with passenger services operations, including check-in, boarding, special assistance, and baggage services to ensure a positive, smooth and professional customer experience- Overseeing load planning, weight & balance verification, and documentation accuracy using Lufthansa Group\'s ramp handling, passenger services applications, and IATA regulatory tools (e.g. dangerous goods handling)- Assisting to the cargo, station management, passenger services and airport operations teams in irregular operations (IRROPS) by enabling efficient coordination and inter/intra department communication to resolve load or passenger-related disruptions quickly and safely- Supporting and setting up process optimization meetings the station management team with operational reporting, safety audits, and KPI tracking related to cargo/mail volumes transported, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and baggage services performance
