Hi there! I’m Camryn! I\'m passionate about fostering a positive work environment and driving results through strong project management.In my current role, I am a Sr. Project Manager in Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging at Capital One. In my time at Capital One, I have also held project roles in Technology and Human Resources as a member of the Management Rotation Program.Previously, I held the role of Sales District Management Associate at PepsiCo where I led a team that surpassed annual sales targets and fostered strong client relationships, identifying valuable growth opportunities.In 2021, I graduated from Hampton University in 2021 with a major in Marketing. During my time at Hampton, I completed several internships ad well as founded my own beauty supply business, Chance Beauty Bar. As the founder of Chance Beauty Bar, I honed my e-commerce and marketing skills by executing a streamlined fulfillment processes, launching successful product campaigns, and cultivating strong vendor relationships.To further develop my business acumen, I am pursuing my MBA degree at Longwood University with an anticipated completion in 2025. I also have obtained several project management certifications including Certified Associate in Project Management & Certified Scrum Master.My diverse experiences have helped me to build skills including Project Management and Delivery, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Problem-Solving, Communication, Collaboration, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.I\'m always happy to connect with like-minded professionals!
