I’m Camryn Quiggins, an Ohio University Honors student majoring in Journalism News and Information with a minor in Marketing. I’m interested in building a career in journalism, media, and communications by combining strong storytelling, research, and writing skills with experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.On campus, I serve as the Community Service Specialist for Alpha Delta Pi (Xi Chapter) and previously worked as an Aquatics Manager with Parks & Recreation, overseeing staff operations, safety procedures, and daily facility management in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.Through my journalism coursework and reporting experience, I’ve covered community issues, interviewed public officials, and produced human-interest features, breaking down complicated issues into clear, engaging stories. I’m especially interested in opportunities in journalism, communications and PR, marketing/content strategy, and media or sports media.
