ABOUT CAMRYN HAY
After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Marketing, I started my career in the Commercial Associate Program at Fifth Third Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. I spent my first 12 months doing rigorous credit training, with the first 6 months of that being on the Renewable Energy Credit Solutions Team and my last 6 months on the National Healthcare Credit Solutions Team. Throughout my 2 credit rotations, I focused heavily on my underwriting skills, financial analysis, risk analysis, and problem solving skills. I then spent an additional 6 months working on the Middle Market line of business team and the Aerospace, Defense, and Transportation line of business team, prospecting various clients and learning the sales cycle while attending networking events and building my COI. Upon completion of the program, I placed out with the Middle Market Credit Solutions team where I am responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of companies of all industries that generate $50-$500MM in revenue.
