About Camryn Faude
I am a pre-PA/med student at the University of Vermont, where I am learning the skills and knowledge to provide quality care to diverse populations. I am majoring in Public Health with plans of further medical education post-grad. Public Health in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences has allowed me to delve into a diverse view of medicine through not only a clinical but political lens. It has allowed me to combine my passions of healthcare and politics/policy in order to learn how the healthcare system works for people of different identities in order to provide the best level of care. I am also the Vice President of Public Relations and Administration 2024-25 on the UVM Panhellenic Exec Council where I bring my knowledge of social media and graphic design use to serve the needs of the Panhellenic community. I work with a team of 8 others with diverse position descriptions in order to oversee and facilitate sorority life at the University of Vermont. The teamwork and collaboration skills I take from this position will allow me to be a valuable team member in the future. In addition to my academic and sorority involvement, I am a summer camp counselor at YMCA Camp Minikani. I enjoy working with children and adults of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities. I believe that I can bring a diverse and positive perspective to any team, and I look forward to applying my skills and passion to make a difference in the world.
