Analog Garage is Analog Device\'s Advanced Research and Development group focussing on Algorithms, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The Garage works and invests in a wide variety of Horizon 2 and 3 projects, either individually or in close collaboration with other business units. I am responsible for the Software Group within the Garage that provides advanced software systems for research teams to demonstrate value in the context of real-life solutions. Achievements- Re-energized the software team by creating a team charter and defining common goals the group rallies around- Established an Agile software development process that results in better development effort estimates and realistic sprint planning through the use of performance metrics- Stopped a failed attempt to build a cluster management solution and pivoted to a much needed data management solution tailored to the Garage\'s needs- Kicked off an initiative to create an MLOps platform for the Garage to facilitate experimentation, accelerate model development, guarantee reproducible model retraining, and monitor model performance.
