Now CM & I owns and operates over Sq Ft in the Omaha, Nebraska metro.Formerly a broker at CBRE, after 18+ years at CBRE; his last position was as a First Vice President with CBRE holding an associate brokers license servicing the Omaha, Nebraska area. After 12+ years of service at CBRE | MEGA, and shareholder; CBRE Group Inc. purchased its longtime affiliate. His main areas of focus is landlord representation along with investment sales and transaction services. Seth’s real estate experience is extensive. While in college, Seth worked for his family’s property management company. There, he helped maintain property and worked hand-in-hand with property space build-out. Eventually, Seth helped lease and manage properties in the company.Seth has represented clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, from investment sales and purchases to retail, industrial and office leasing. As a third generation commercial Landlord, Seth understands the ins and outs of building ownership. Seth\'s focus has turned to landlord representation and investment/owner user property sales.
