My practice focuses on personal injury, trucking, toxic tort, and product liability litigation. I specialize in the defense of class actions, wrongful death, and personal injury suits against manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort suits, including cases involving asbestos exposure and trucking litigation. I have extensive experience dealing with insurance coverage disputes, including complex cases that occurred as a result of Hurricane Katrina, with a concentration in bad faith litigation.
