About Campbell Roe
I am directly involved in the movement of healthcare towards value-based care in my organization. The hands-on experience has helped uncover a passion that I want to make a career out of: reducing waste and improving quality. My experience in healthcare has taught me hard work, attention to detail, and a clear desire to continue to work in value-based care. My current role continues to push me to develop my skills in leadership, data analytics, teamwork, contracting, provider relations, finance, and extrapolating big picture information from vast amounts of data. Interpreting data, leading a team, and building relationships with a provider network has helped me establish a foundation for understanding population health. My experiences give me confidence that I am spending my time and effort in the right place.
