I\'ve been supporting Strategis with their broad, multi-national client base since 2013.Key roles have included- Facilitator of a virtual management development programme for a fast-growing technology consultancy- Executive coach for nominated senior staff at a global IT services business- Co-facilitator of influencing skills workshops for a UK regulatory body. Also collaborated on the rapid transition of this programme from F2F to virtual as a response to the Covid-19 Pandemic in spring 2020- Coach and facilitator in middle management development programme for a petrochemicals multinational.All of these projects include PRISM behavioural profiling in a variety of modes: 1:1 coaching, or in a team setting, or as part of a 360 degree feedback exercise. PRISM accredited since January 2013.
