As President of National Resort Lifestyle and Esplanade Resort Experiences at Taylor Morrison, I’m passionate about transforming how people live by reimagining community living through the lens of hospitality, wellness, and concierge-level service. Over the past 17+ years at Taylor Morrison—including leadership roles in sales, marketing, and as Division President—I’ve had the privilege of helping shape and expand the Esplanade brand into a first-of-its-kind, hospitality-driven residential resort experience rooted in holistic wellness for mind, body, and spirit.Since launching in Florida in 2012, Esplanade has grown to over 30 communities nationwide, with continued expansion on the horizon. Our mission is simple but powerful: to create vibrant, elevated communities where unforgettable experiences and meaningful connections thrive—delivered through service, intention, and innovation.A fourth-generation real estate professional, I draw daily inspiration from a lifelong connection to the industry and am a member of the Global Wellness Institute, the Urban Land Institute, and the Community Association Institute. I\'m also a wife, proud mom of two incredible daughters, and an outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in travel, pickleball, and golf. My life\'s motivation is to advocate for wellness, leadership, and personal growth.My focus today is continuing to lead the national strategy and evolution of the Esplanade brand—setting the standard for what residential resort living and wellness can be and should be.
