As a Field Coordinator at Ganotec, I am responsible for supporting and managing critical field operations on large-scale electrical infrastructure projects. I collaborate closely with construction crews, subcontractors, and engineering teams to coordinate complex activities and keep projects on track.Key responsibilities and accomplishments:• Organized and managed technical project information, ensuring timely submission of deliverables• Enforced safety and quality standards across all site operations•Oversaw a 115 kV cable pull spanning 1.5 km through downtown Toronto and along live rail lines• Witnessed high-voltage cable splicing operations and quality control• Coordinated the installation and splicing of fiber optic cables• Managed TSCD (temporary structure construction device) scaffold installations for overhead structures• Oversaw megger testing and grounding installations• Developed detailed work plans for the safe removal of ten transmission towers along the Don Valley Parkway and Toronto rail corridor, including rigging, lifting, and conductor deconstruction plans
