About Cameron Klein

With an extensive background in data analysis, business intelligence, product design, and strategy, I am passionate about driving digitization and transformation at Cisco, where I lead the Lifecycle Transformation Design Chief of Staff and Operations team with in the Cisco IT organization. My mission is to enable and empower the Cisco sales and go-to-market teams with innovative tools and systems that enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having worked in different functions, regions, and industries, including HR, finance, mobility, and Development.As the Chief of Staff and Strategy and Planning Leader, I manage a centralized and cross-functional team that handles portfolio operations, financial operations, people operations, design operations, communication and engagement, and strategic alignment. I leverage my and my teams diverse skill sets to keep the organization aligned and deliver data-driven insights rooted in the context of business and the big picture that inform and influence key decisions and actions. I also collaborate and partner with various stakeholders, including senior executives, product managers, engineers, designers, finance leaders, and customers, to ensure alignment and integration of goals, priorities, and resources.
