Built and managed a high-performing, target-driven finance team with zero audit gaps for nine consecutive years. Ensured accounting and process compliance with IFRS and Indian GAAP, including review of receivables, payables, fixed assets, and daily transactions. Drove continuous SAP and offline process improvements, reducing department headcount from 10 (2015) to 5 (2020).Special Assignments: Managed financial integration of newly acquired business unit, covering accounting, controlling, and ERP implementation. Executed business transfer agreement between Kirloskar Oil Engines and KSPG, including slump sale accounting, PPA valuation impact, blackout transition, and FI end-user training. Led migration from Oracle to SAP. Managed internal audit function for KSPG as an additional responsibility for 1.5 years.
