Prior to founding the firm, I practiced in New York and Dallas for close to 8 years as an associate attorney for the international and global law firms of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, DLA Piper and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski). I primarily help parties in business transactions, insolvency, bankruptcy, and/or litigation matters. I have experience representing parties in complex business/corporate, financial restructurings, bankruptcy and litigation matters.
