Writes all content for the PEA website, intranet and social media, inclusive of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn- Designs, maintains, updates and optimizes the new member-interactive website, as well as the Association’s community-building presences on the above social media platforms- Assists PEA members in competently registering for the website and posting their respective company profiles in an uncomplicated manner- Disseminates accurate, pertinent information in a timely manner, informing membership and broader audiences alike of news, events and resources that help accomplish individual and collective objectives- Develops and distributes print materials, promotional brochures, flyers and posters – and multimedia presentations – including videos and slideshows – that further advance the above- Performs event photography and related functions and Serves as a critical resource to the Chairperson and Committee for the annual Economic Engines Performance report, including all large quantity printed materials and event photos and video and assistance to major sponsors with the 90-second videos that they receive as part of their sponsorship agreements.Successful performance of these functions requires that the Director, Communications and Technology possess specialized knowledge and skills in such diverse disciplines as graphic design, copywriting, advertising, communications, video and multimedia production and editing, photography and social media strategy execution while being adept at effectively handling such tools as Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
