Currently expanding my horizons by teaching a variety of Special Education students at Royal Palm School. Work with profoundly mentally handicapped students, Complex Behavioral issues, Medical fragilities, ESOL and regularly serve on the Positive Behavior Supports Committee. I partake in Data collection, Data synthesis, and writing effective and innovative Individual Education Plans. There are challenging moments, but it is character building and I love it.
