I am also honored to be the Canadian representative for the CIGRE WG B1.91 for cable thermal transient simulations.As a product manager for the CYMCAP software, I am responsible for- Developing and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the leading cable ampacity software in the market- Collaborating with the engineering, sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements that meet customer needs and expectations- Conducting market research, user feedback and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement- Managing prioritization and release planning processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of value to the users- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide product updates, demos and training sessions.Over 10 years of experience in power systems analysis and simulation: distribution, transmission and industrial power systems. Load flow, short circuit, fault flow, capacitor placement, load balancing, load allocation, predictive and historical reliability assessment, motor starting, protective device coordination, switching optimisation, single contingency, long term dynamics (Distributed Generation) and transient stability.
