I am an experienced professional in the community solar industry, focusing primarily on Mid-Atlantic and West Coast markets. My role involves the evaluation of community solar and energy storage markets and opportunities, advising the development and executive teams on project viability, and conduct ing pre-development activities including feasibility assessments, conceptual project designs, and financial analysis of opportunities in various marketsI additionally conduct policy and market research to understand and assess state energy policies, community and commercial solar programs, state, local and utility regulations and advise on opportunities in key markets.In my previous experience in the environmental industry, I have gained extensive experience as a Project Manager in the environmental consulting realm: leading teams on projects involving federal and state waters permitting, migratory bird surveys, threatened & endangered species and historic resource review, stream assessments, Resource Protection Area studies, water quality monitoring, groundwater and soil sampling, wetland and stream delineation, mitigation and agency-specific environmental quality monitoring, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, Part I & II Environmental Impact Reports, and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies (including DEQ, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, USFWS, DGIF, DHR, DCR, and local county officials)- both individually and as part of a team atmosphere.I am licensed as a WPIT and have a depth of experience in developing maps with CAD and ArcGIS software, performing data analysis, preparing formal proposals, writing technical reports, managing projects from cradle to grave, and effectively maintaining a positive client experience.
