   As a Senior Account Manager at Destination Concepts, Inc. I make our client\'s program goals and dreams a reality through use of cutting-edge creativity, technologically advanced systems, and strategic partnerships with staff, vendors, and venue partners in Southern California, Colorado, Texas, Washington, Florida, and Las Vegas. As the key Las Vegas member of the DCi team, I bring Las Vegas expertise to the team with an advanced understanding of the city and a wealth of resources and industry connections that add unparalleled value. I provide full program management including client relationship and communication management from project turnover to completion. I also provide creative direction with knowledge of vendor products to design events, with ability to refine looks during program development while maintaining budgets, style sheets, timelines and deliverables. I produce successful production schedules and timelines, style sheets, inventory orders and staff orders as well as develop new systems and documents for clients and internal teams. I possess complete understanding of power, generators, lighting, entertainment riders, production needs, complicated logistical planning for load in/load-out, permitting, mapping, and layouts. Additionally, I provide stellar transportation management services including airport, shuttle, VIP, manifest management, and large transportation moves including managing staff teams of over 30 staff.
