About Camille Frient
Starting at Elevated Companies just days after graduating from Wake Forest, I quickly moved from office manager into managing operations, fleet, and HR. That foundation pushed me into business development and marketing, where I now lead growth across 3 minority-owned companies. I’m extremely proud to be part of the 10.8% of women shaping the A/E/C industries. As Co-Chair of the Women in Leadership Committee at the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado, I create opportunities for women to lead in A/E/C I’m passionate about telling the story of women in construction — because we deserve to be visible, valued, and celebrated IMO we need more beautiful and powerful women wearing hard hats and PPE Outside of construction, I wear a few other hats: Brand Ambassador with CoLab Marketing, bringing top-tier alcohol brands to life through experiential marketing events Volunteer at MaxFund, Colorado’s only true no-kill animal shelter (and proud puppy mother) Colorado adventurer — from skiing new mountains to hiking new trails, I believe good work-life balance fuels creativity and leadershipAlways open to connecting — whether it’s over coffee, a hike, or a lap on the slopes.
