   Lead the design, planning, execution, and reporting of retrospective and prospective real-world evidence (RWE) studies of probiotic supplements and ingredients, delivering projects in line with regulatory standards, company standard operating procedures (SOPs), timelines, and budgets.Direct full RWE project lifecycles, from feasibility assessments, protocol and statistical analysis plan (SAP) development, and data governance to contract research organization (CRO)/vendor selection, budget negotiations, and stakeholder alignment.Collaborate with CROs, external data partners, and academic and clinical key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen study feasibility, optimize variable capture, and enhance evidence robustness.Provide scientific leadership by authoring and reviewing RWE protocols and SAPs, presenting study design options and strategic evidence-generation opportunities to internal leadership, and developing internal tools and SOPs to standardize RWE project scoping, initiation, and management.Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Data Science teams to ensure RWE objectives deliver scientific rigor, regulatory compliance and commercial value.
