Managing a team of 13 business ambassadors, I oversee initiatives for business improvement based on stakeholder feedback and employee engagement survey insights. Global Event Planning: I strategically plan and execute impactful events across platforms to enhance connection and collaboration within our vast network of stakeholders in the global business landscape. Presentation and Delivery Coaching: I provide tailored coaching to executives and high-visibility presenters, focusing on audience engagement, storytelling, slide design, and effective presentation delivery to elevate the impact of our corporate communications. Strategic Planning & Business Alignment: Collaborating closely with the executive team, I contribute to crafting and executing strategic initiatives aligned with MilliporeSigma\'s vision and goals, supporting the growth trajectory of the Science and Lab Solutions Business. Communication and Coordination: I serve as a vital link between the executive suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication channels and efficient coordination.
