Wholesale Client Distribution • Manage product distribution to 300 wholesale clients, ensuring the distribution plan aligns with transportation schedules and warehouse capacity (over one million items shipped annually). • Define a distribution plan to optimize transportation—road or air—based on the selected mode (parcel service, charter, dedicated truck). • Sequence product launches according to warehouse logic, giving priority to product releases. • Align distribution with wholesalers’ weekly billing objectives. • Provide weekly reports on the percentage of wholesale orders shipped, in preparation, and pending preparation.DTC (Web, Retail & E-tail Partners) Distribution & Supply Planning • Perform weekly target calculations for retail stores and e-commerce channels. • Define launch objectives for new products across web and retail channels. • Based on the new product launch calendar and warehouse delivery schedule, establish the implementation strategy for DTC channels, with weekly updates shared with retail and e-commerce stakeholders. • Plan and coordinate end-of-season returns from stores, considering warehouse capacity. • For e-commerce partners, calculate weekly replenishment needs based on available stock and target stock coverage.Reporting • Develop performance dashboards tracking order book status (% launched, in preparation, prepared, shipped), warehouse stock coverage, goods in transit, etc. • Automate these dashboards using Power BI
