Thank you for taking the time to nurture yourself and visit my page.My mission is to help others on their healing journey by supporting them in recognizing their self-worth and becoming rooted, confident, and secure in who they are. I believe we are all divine beings shaped by our unique experiences and meant to share our light with the world.I don\'t believe in coincidences, which is why I know it was no accident that I “stumbled” into HR. After starting as Vesta’s first Executive Assistant, I was honored to create and grow our HR department from the ground up in 2019—a true passion project that combined my love for helping others with building positive, supportive environments.In the past six years, I’ve evolved into a multifaceted HR leader. I have hands-on experience across payroll, talent acquisition, retention strategies, employee engagement, leadership development, benefits administration, employment law and compliance, policy development, DE & I initiatives, and event and travel planning. I\'m proud to be someone who knows a little (and sometimes a lot) about nearly everything HR touches.Outside of HR, I’m equally passionate about overall well-being. I recently earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification and am currently working toward my Certified Personal Trainer certification through NASM—all while balancing my full-time career.
