Travel Security- Oversee the daily operations of the Travel Security program, conducting risk assessments and providing security recommendations as needed- Provide ongoing support to travelers before and during trips, ensuring swift response in the event of incidents or crises- Continuously enhance the Travel Security program by refining tools, processes, and policies to improve risk management and traveler safety.Business Resilience - Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Crisis Management framework to strengthen organizational resilience- Facilitate the integration and adoption of Incident Response frameworks through tabletop exercises, workshops, and cross-functional training sessions- Provide ad-hoc support on Business Resilience projects as needed- Optimize and enhance the mass notification system and related processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in crisis communication- Provide critical support to the Business Resilience team during crises by support the response process from the Crisis Management Team (CMT)
